There are five of us today - you can meet everyone on the team page. We do not do call centres, shift scripts or corporate theatre. What we do is meet travellers at airports, keep cars in proper shape and answer questions fast. As the winter season grows, we need a few more hands on Tenerife and Gran Canaria.
You are the first face our guests see after landing. You meet arrivals, walk them to the car, do the paperwork and hand over the keys - about ten minutes per guest, done well.
Reports to Jorge Suarez, our Airport Team Lead.
You answer guest emails and WhatsApp messages in Dutch, German and English: booking changes, first-drive questions, directions, the occasional flat-tyre call. Our support window is 07:00 - 23:00, split across the team - nobody works nights.
Reports to Femke van Dijk, our Guest Support Lead.
You deliver cars to LPA airport and hotels across the south of Gran Canaria, check vehicles between rentals against our inspection list and keep the small local fleet clean and fuelled.
Reports to Lucia Betancor, our Gran Canaria & Lanzarote Coordinator.
